Simeon Zahl is University Lecturer in Christian Theology at the University of Cambridge. Before returning to Cambridge in 2018, he taught at Oxford and the University of Nottingham. His second book, The Holy Spirit and Christian Experience, will be published by Oxford University Press in May 2020. As a theologian, his research focuses on the doctrine of the Holy Spirit, the theology of grace, emotion and religious experience, and Martin Luther, though he is increasingly known as “the other brother of the guy who wrote Seculosity.” Simeon is married to Bonnie and they have three children. He has been a theological advisor to Mockingbird from the start.
